কোনো কাজে ক্ষেত্রে – সবচেয়ে বড় গুরুমন্ত্র হলো, কখনও নিজের গোপন বিষয় অপরকে জানাবে না। এটা তোমাকে অসফল ও ধ্বংস করে দেবে।

যদি ঐ প্রশ্নগুলির সন্তোষজনক উত্তর পেয়ে যাও, তবেই কাজ শুরু কর।
যে ব্যক্তির গৃহে স্নেহময়ী মা অথবা সুশীলা স্ত্রী কোনটাই নেই। সে ব্যক্তির তৎক্ষণাৎ সেই শূন্য গৃহ পরিত্যাগ করে, বনে গমন করা। এরকম ব্যক্তির গৃহে বাস করার চেয়ে বনে বাস করাই ভালো।
প্রত্যেক মিত্রতার পেছনে কোনো না কোনো স্বার্থ অবশ্যই থাকে।
বাস্তবে এটা একটা কটূ সত্য। – আচার্য চাণক্য নীতি
যে ব্যক্তি নিশ্চিতকে ছেড়ে অনিশ্চিতের দিকে ধাবিত হয়, তার নিশ্চিত ও অনিশ্চিত উভয়ই নষ্ট হয়।
নিজের ইন্দ্রিয়গুলিকে নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখো। ইন্দ্রিয়ের অধীন যে থাকে,
তার চতুরঙ্গ সেনা থাকলেও
সে বিনষ্ট হবেই। – চানক্য বচন

মিষ্টিভাষীদের কোনো শত্রু নেই।

অতি গর্বের কারণে রাবণের পতন হল,
